Where is my order?

We are glad you are looking for your upcoming order! You can track your order using the Track Your Order link on the website. You can find Order ID and AWB number in the confirmation email or WhatsApp message sent to you.

Can I change my address after placing the order?

Unfortunately, we can only change the address if your order has not been dispatched. We try our best to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. In case you would like to change your address, please email us at support@getnovora.com or call us at 9266530038.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

For non embroidered products, we are only able to accept cancellations and modifications if the order has not been dispatched yet. For embroidered products, we apologize in advance, but we will not be able to accept cancellations or modifications because our team start working on customizations as soon as order is confirmed. What is your shipping and return policy?

Non embroidered products ship in 1-2 days and embroidered products ship within a week. For delivery time, we give the estimated time of delivery on the shipping page. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner. The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We accept free returns and free exchanges. Which size of products will fit me?

Please check our size charts before ordering. If you are in between sizes and like to wear loose fitted scrubs or lab coats, we recommend you opt for the bigger size, otherwise you can opt for the smaller one. However, scrub caps are one size only.
