Easy Exchanges & Returns  

 

For returns requests, please raise a return request via our Returns Page.

Products eligible for Returns/Exchanges

  • The product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it
  • Original packaging & tags should be intact
  • Return/Exchange is requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Product value is above ₹1500

Products not eligible for Returns/Exchanges

  • The product has been washed or worn

  • Product tags or original packaging are missing

  • Return/Exchange is raised beyond 7 days date of delivery

  • Scrub sets (top and bottom) or lab coats with embroidery. Even if the top is embroidered and bottom is not embroidered, the entire set (top and bottom included) can not be returned or exchanged. 

  • Scrub caps

 

Exchanges Policy

  • We exchange your size one time for free.
  • For second time returns and exchanges, there will be a charge of Rs 300.
  • Free returns and exchange policy is not for size trials. For orders that are returned to add embroidery, there is an additional charge of Rs 300 as an exchange fee (in addition to embroidery charges). 


 

 

Exchange Process

Once the exchange request is filed, a new exchange order will be initiated once the old order is picked up.

We will ship the exchange product to you after the items are delivered to our warehouse and have passed the QC check. 

If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, we request you to self-ship the product via any reliable courier service. (Warehouse address to be provided upon request)   

 

 

Returns Process

After the items are picked up, they are shipped to our warehouse. We initiate refunds within 5 days after returned items are delivered to our warehouse and have passed the QC check. 

If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, we request you to self-ship the product via any reliable courier service. Warehouse address to be provided upon request. 

For self shipped orders, any products that are lost or damaged in transit will be the responsibility of the sender and we shall not be liable for the same. We request you to ship via reliable shipping providers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery etc.
