Where is my order?

Can I change my address after placing the order?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
For non embroidered products, we are only able to accept cancellations and modifications if the order has not been dispatched yet. For embroidered products, we apologize in advance, but we will not be able to accept cancellations or modifications because our team starts working on customizations as soon as the order is confirmed. What is your shipping and return policy?
For non sale periods, non embroidered orders ship in 2-3 business days and embroidered orders ship within a week. During sales, non embroidered orders are shipped within 5 days and embroidered orders are shipped within 10 days. For delivery time, we give the estimated time of delivery on the shipping page. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner. The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We accept free returns and free exchanges. However, sale items are only eligible for exchanges, not returns. For further details, please read our shipping policy and returns policy.
What size of products will fit me?
Please check our size charts before ordering. If you are in between sizes and like to wear loose fitted scrubs or lab coats, we recommend you opt for the bigger size, otherwise you can opt for the smaller one. However, scrub caps are one size only.
