For non embroidered products, we are only able to accept cancellations and modifications if the order has not been dispatched yet. Please email us at support@getnovora.com or WhatsApp us. For embroidered products, we apologize in advance, but we will not be able to accept cancellations or modifications because our team starts working on customizations as soon as the order is confirmed. Please note that embroidery cannot be done on the chest pocket or sleeves.

For non sale periods, non embroidered orders ship in 2-3 business days and embroidered orders ship within a week. During sales, non embroidered orders are shipped within 5 days and embroidered orders are shipped within 10 days. For delivery time, we give the estimated time of delivery on the shipping page. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner. The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We accept free returns and free exchanges. Please check our size charts before ordering. If you are in between sizes and like to wear loose fitted scrubs or lab coats, we recommend you opt for the bigger size, otherwise you can opt for the smaller one. However, scrub caps are one size only.
